International Files Database

I am programming a website which I would really like to finish before year's end.
Perhaps I might contribute the source code to the Decentralized Search-Engine which we will hopefully see soon...
It's quite sophisticated yet very simple commands are used.

Anyway...

The project is approximately 70% complete, depending on which features will be used.
The search and pagination, registration, login and admin engine has been completed.
All that remains is to add the ad-engine, security implementations, graphics, etc.

While working on the project, I saw the need for an easier and more efficient admin system than removing files on user's request.

This brought about the idea that an international database of files will significantly ease my job as administrator of the website's content.
In fact, it will eliminate filtering content all together!

Each country filters the database according to their laws to create their own international database of files.

Countries with stricter laws against inappropriate and illegal content will especially exercise censorship.

It need not be 1 database, but be multiple databases and tables, managed by 1 international organisation or foundation.
Content can be organised according to file type, subject, etc.
Egg: MP3: Music mp3's, podcast mp3's, pre-recorded radio interview mp3's.

Mirrored tables will evenly distribute the load of search requests by all search-engines.

Advantages of an International Files Database:

1) File search engine owners and admins need not filter or remove content due to copyright infringement or otherwise.
This is the duty of the governmental institution of each country that regulates and determines copyright and censorship laws.
Instead they can focus on their search-engine and its specific features.

2) All public files of multiple file hosts are indexed into 1 international database.
Eliminating the need to learn each of file host's api.

3) Harmful and illegal files are filtered and removed from each county's database.

4) Integration with file hosts can be father enhanced by adding the ability to count file download "hits" to the file host from which a file is downloaded.
Thereby accurate results are obtained to reflect the true number of downloads for the file.

5) Because content is organised into separate databases and tables,
it will facilitate each search-engine owner in deciding which of the tables to search,
thereby optimising the speed and efficiency of his own search

6) Organising of content into separate tables and databases will have the advantage that the task of making a search-engine will now be greatly simplified and helped.
Therefore, more search-engines will hit the internet, each optimised and configured to search limited and focused files.

So, it is clear that this is indeed a good idea. It will be very useful, make searches more efficient and focused.
Also, it will create new uses for search.

EG: In the near future, it can aid in delivering learning material to our artificially enhanced minds.
EG: The experiences of a person that experienced an event, eg a vacation by the beach, recorded and available to be "re-experienced" by every person downloading and running the "file" in one of their minds computers.
The type of data can be recorded data: visual, auditory, other visible light spectrums.
information of the person having the experiencing, eg: weight, height, etc.
information of the person's emotional state and perhaps even their total accumulated knowledge and experiences.

the experience will then be re-lived by the person and he / she will learn exactly the information that the original person learned.

Anything the original person experienced, whether positive or negative, can be relived and a informative assessment made on whether information the person experienced are accurate, relevant.

Obviously this is only one method for learning, other methods are more suited for different situations.

I will share my Ideas and thoughts for a Decentralized Search-Engine soon...

Stay safe and listen to good music for inspiration :-)
